Magda Apanowicz

Magda Apanowicz (NOH-vitch; Polish: born on November 8 the 8th of November, 1985) is a Canadian actor from Canada. Her roles include Andy Jensen, on ABC Family's Kyle XY, and Lacy Rand, on Syfy's short-lived science fiction drama Caprica. Emily Hartwell (born Maya Hartwell), is her science fiction series Continuum. She starred in the Netflix thriller series You as Sandy. Apanowicz is Polish and was a resident of Poland for a period of time in her ninth grade. She was brought up by her uncle, and she was a student at Jelenia Gora School. Then, she attended Vancouver Film School. When her brother introduced her to the Pulp Fiction, she became interested in acting. In 2002, she made her first acting appearances in the TV series Jeremiah. She did a brief appearance on John Doe's TV series. From 2007 until 2009, she played acting in the Kyle XY role of Andy Jensen. She was in Every Second Counts, a Hallmark Channel original film that premiered in 2008. In 2009, Apanowicz was cast in the role of Lacy Rand (a regular in the series) in the TV drama Caprica featuring Eric Stoltz, Alessandra Torresani. Hellcats was her following film. In 2012, she was a guest star in Jane Espenson's second season of her web series of romantic comedy, Husbands.In 2013, Apanowicz played Emily in the show Continuum She also appeared in the Eli Roth horror film The Green Inferno as Samantha. The Green Inferno, although it was produced in 2012, it was released in the world in the year 2015. Apanowicz was cast to be the character Angela in Volition the science fiction thriller film. It was released in 2020. In the year 2019 Apanowicz played the role of Sandy in the second season of the Netflix thriller You.
