Anne Burrell

Anne W. Burrell has been a chef and television personality in the United States and a teacher at Institute of Culinary Education. Burrell hosts Secrets of a Restaurant Chef on the Food Network and the co-host of Worst Cooks in America. Anne Burrell, a Food Network star with her trademark long, blonde hair with a pumped up personality reveals easy methods to master and removes the fear of eating at restaurants in her show Secrets of a Restaurant. Chef Burrell is also a part of several of the city's most prestigious eateries, been studying the Italian food and culture, and participated in Food Network's Iron Chef America. Burrell, who grew up living in New York State's Upstate, discovered a love of cooking. The Culinary Institute of America was the next stage for her following her graduation with a Bachelor of Arts in English as well as Communications at Canisius College Buffalo NY. The Culinary Institute of America was the place where I experienced my most memorable time in my life. It was impossible to take enough enjoyment from it. Following graduation at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners chef Burrell was able to spend a whole year in Italy doing research and working at La Taverna del Lupo restaurant located in Umbria as well La Bottega del 30 one Michelin star restaurant in Tuscany. While in Italy, Chef Burrell gained an appreciation and appreciation for Italian food. This had an enormous influence on her perception of food. Burrell is a well-known ambassador of the Juvenile Diabetic Research Foundation. She also was a part of the Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board, which helps children with obstacles. In her capacity as an inspirational speaker, she travels across the nation to share her passion for food and her culinary career.
